This page sets out the terms and conditions for shopping with us. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. 商店資訊（Store Information）

本店為個人經營設計品牌，所有商品均為自家設計或精選製作，發貨地點為香港。
This store is an independent design brand. All products are self-designed or carefully selected. Orders are shipped from Hong Kong.

2. 商品資訊（Product Information）

所有商品皆以實物拍攝，或為原創插畫設計，可能因螢幕設定或拍攝光線產生輕微色差。
尺寸及說明已盡量標示清楚，購買前請詳閱商品頁內容。
All items are photographed or illustrated in-house. Slight color differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings. Please read the product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

3. 價格與付款方式（Pricing and Payment）

所有價格以港幣（HKD）計算。本店目前只接受 Stripe 付款。
All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). We currently accept payment via Stripe only.

4. 發貨與運送（Shipping and Delivery）

所有訂單將於付款完成後，約 4 個工作天內出貨（詳情請參考訂單確認通知電郵）。
如商品為預售或訂製，出貨時間將另行標示，請顧客留意截單及預計寄出日期（詳情請參考各商品頁）。
本店目前只寄送至香港及澳門地區。
本店不負責郵寄途中可能發生之延誤、遺失或損毀，惟會盡力提供查詢協助。

Orders will be shipped approximately 4 working days after payment (see your confirmation email for details).
For pre-order or made-to-order items, shipping time will be stated separately (see individual product pages).
We currently ship to Hong Kong and Macau only.
We are not liable for delays, loss or damage during shipping, but we will assist with tracking if needed.

5. 訂單取消與更改（Order Changes）

訂單一經確認，恕不接受取消、修改或合併。付款前請務必核對商品與收件資料。
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified or merged. Please double-check your items and address before payment.

6. 退換政策（Returns and Exchanges）

除重大瑕疵外，本店恕不接受退貨或更換。詳情請參閱《退換政策》頁面。
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a major defect. Please refer to our Returns Policy for details.

7. 贈品與優惠（Gifts and Promotions）

如商品或活動包含贈品，本店保留更改或終止優惠之權利，恕不另行通知。贈品數量有限，送完即止。
Promotional gifts are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Gifts are offered while supplies last.

8. 智慧財產權（Intellectual Property）

本店所有設計、插圖、文字與圖片皆屬原創內容，未經授權不得使用或作商業用途。
All content including designs, illustrations, text and images is original. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. 條款變更（Terms Modification）

本店保留隨時更新本頁條款的權利，最新版本將公佈於此頁面，恕不另行通知。
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The latest version will always be published here.
